The Lion of Judah 20’ H x 16’ W – Oil on Canvas – Completed 9/7/2026
When life feels uncertain—when health fades, when family struggles, when tomorrow seems unclear—remember this name: the Lion of Judah.
“See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed.” — Revelation 5:5
From Genesis to Revelation, this name reminds us that the King has already won. His victory is our peace.
We are not alone in our battles. We don’t fight with our own strength. The Lion of Judah fights for us.
Jesus is not the roaring beast of the wild, but the steady strength of our Savior—calm, powerful, and full of mercy. He fights for us when we can’t fight anymore.
''And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.''
The victory is already won. - Revelation 5:5
''The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion'' - Proverbs 28:1
In Christ, righteousness makes us brave to love, forgive, and stand firm.
Sometimes, the heart just feels tired…But remember — you are never alone.
The Lion of Judah, Jesus Christ, stands beside you — strong when you are weak, near when you feel alone.
Rest in His quiet and faithful love.
Genesis 49:9–10
''Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.''
